Caleb is a Development Director with Canyon Ridge Industrial Partners. In this role, he leads all predevelopment due diligence and active developments for the firm. He most recently served as a Development Manager at TWO Capital Partners, overseeing the firm’s Build-to-Rent portfolio across the Southeast from site selection and entitlements through delivery. Prior to that, he managed large-scale multifamily construction at Stratus in the Atlanta market. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Kennesaw State University.
